Edelbert (registered Vla Le Bon Vent) is a 2009 Selle Français gelding (Quartz Adelheid Z x Iris des Valentins by Pitchounet xx), bred in Normandy. At 180 cm he is an impressive yet thoroughly good-natured partner. Edelbert clearly enjoys jumping (internationally placed up to L/1.10 m), is comfortable and relaxed in dressage and completely calm out hacking. With beginners he is especially loyal and reliable – an experienced schoolmaster who gives his rider confidence.
